Overview

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ak144 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the ak144 website, its associated services, games, promotions, and all related features accessible at ak144.org. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the ak144 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ak144 platform. ak144 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ak144, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ak144 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any stage.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using any part of the ak144 platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ak144 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ak144 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

ak144 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not or can no longer be satisfied, with or without prior notice. In cases of fraudulent registration, any winnings or bonus balances may be forfeited.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ak144 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. ak144 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly to maintain account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Notify ak144 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all activity conducted through your account complies with these Terms, even if conducted by a third party who has gained access to your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ak144 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, when account activity triggers a risk flag, or upon request by our compliance team. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name).

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ak144 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved local banking channels. The following terms govern all financial activity on the platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited.
• ak144 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges at their discretion.
• Deposits made by accident or in error must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours. ak144 will investigate and, where technically feasible, reverse the transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ak144 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business day.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if your account is undergoing KYC verification, a security review, or has an unresolved bonus wagering requirement.
• ak144 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, including requesting additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ak144 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements.

• Welcome bonuses and other deposit-match promotions carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• ak144 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion. Winnings from free spins may carry their own wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit the current bonus before a new promotion is activated.

ak144 does not guarantee any minimum return on bonus play. Gambling outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by bonus status, account standing, or promotional tier.

Section 5

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ak144 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak144 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the platform in any manner.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or display glitches to extract value from the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ak144 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ak144 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

ak144 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated risk and compliance team to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and ak144 is not obligated to disclose the basis of any account action to the account holder.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

ak144 is strictly an adult platform for players aged 21 and above. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered accounts.

• Players may set deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting ak144 support. Deposit limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ak144 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak144 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ak144 content without express prior written permission from ak144.

The ak144 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are proprietary marks of ak144. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — constitutes trade mark infringement and may result in legal action.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak144 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including losses on bets, casino games, or crash games — gambling by nature involves risk and potential financial loss.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond ak144's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however caused and on any theory of liability.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials as required under Section 2 of these Terms.

Section 9

Privacy and Data Protection

ak144 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to ak144's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs how ak144 uses your data, who it may be shared with, and your rights as a data subject. Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

ak144 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ak144 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address on record. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the ak144 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ak144, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. ak144 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
